The user, client, admin and partner portals on this website are demonstrations populated with synthetic data about fictional organisations and people. No real payments, emails, submissions or contracts are made through them, and any information you type into a demo may be reset at any time. Do not enter real personal information into a demo.

Subscriptions, implementation services and managed services are provided under an order form that sets out the package, entitlements, usage allowances, fees, term, support levels, data processing terms and exit and export rights. Prices on this website are in South African rand, exclude VAT and may change; your order form price applies for its term.

• No attempt to access another customer's workspace, probe, scan or disrupt the service.
• No unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• No unsolicited bulk messaging through the platform.
• No use that breaches POPIA, labour or other applicable law.

Customers own their data. We process it only to provide the service and as instructed, and provide an authorised export on request and on termination.

AI features draft, summarise and explain. Outputs can be wrong and must be reviewed by a person before use. AI never approves contracts, scores, payments or employment decisions on its own.

Availability, support response times, maintenance windows and service credits are defined in the order form. The 24-hour activation promise applies to standard workspaces after a validated setup pack and complete order, excluding third-party dependencies listed before purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your order form. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
