When does the 24-hour clock start?
When your setup pack has passed validation and the order is complete. Missing inputs trigger a specific checklist; the clock is never quietly reset to hide our own delays, and we record every timestamp.
What can take longer than 24 hours?
Custom domain DNS changes, WhatsApp Business verification, bank or debit-order onboarding, customer-controlled single sign-on and historic data migration. We show these dependencies before you buy and keep your standard workspace usable on its default address meanwhile.
Do we need a consultant?
No. Standard activations are almost fully automated with guided tasks for your administrator. Assisted and enterprise implementations are available as separately priced services.
What if you miss the promise?
Our service terms define breach handling, status visibility and a proportionate service credit.
