Programme questions
Do we have to replace our current programme system?
No. Blue Oceans complements existing programme tools by giving participating businesses operating workspaces and feeding agreed reporting fields back to you — by export, API or an agreed integration.
What can the programme team see?
Only the fields each business grants for a stated purpose and period — for example milestone completion and approved financial aggregates — never payroll, bank statements or client-level records. Businesses can see exactly what is shared and grants can be revoked.
What happens when the programme ends?
Each business chooses an affordable direct plan, a new sponsor, an export or closure. The institution keeps only the programme records it is entitled to retain.
How are results reported?
Reports distinguish submitted, reconciled and independently verified results, so you never overstate impact.
