Funder questions
Does a funder get access to investees' private records?
No. Portfolio access is field- and purpose-specific: you see the governed metrics and evidence each investee grants, with an effective date, expiry and revocation. Portfolio access never transfers ownership of a business's records.
Can it support readiness before funding?
Yes. A reusable business-readiness profile helps applicants assemble documents and evidence once and share them with permission. It does not guarantee credit approval or procurement admission.
Where is data hosted?
Production is designed for South African hosting (AWS Cape Town region) with tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and dedicated regional deployments available under enterprise agreements.
